Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of last msg, including the iOS app, website, backend service, future-delivery letter features, encrypted vault features, AI-assisted writing tools, and auto-renewable subscriptions.

Apple standard EULA

The last msg iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a separate written agreement applies, use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for the activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account from inside the app through Account > Session > Delete account.

Encrypted content and delivery

The app is designed to encrypt final saved letter content locally before upload. You are responsible for keeping any passphrase safe. If a passphrase is lost, encrypted content may not be recoverable.

Future-delivery and notification features depend on accurate account settings, recipient information, service availability, email deliverability, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that delivery will be uninterrupted, immediate, or error-free.

AI-assisted writing

AI drafting and tone adjustment features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated text before saving or sending it.

Subscriptions

last msg may offer an auto-renewable subscription, such as Elite Monthly, through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Subscription features remain subject to Apple App Store rules and successful payment processing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, or use the service for harassment, threats, fraud, or abuse.

Changes and availability

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
